Terms of Use
What using Teseco means
Reading teseco.it, following its articles on environmental services, energy recovery and contemporary art, and sharing them means you accept the rules on this page. Questions can go to [email protected].
General information, not professional advice
Each article reflects general research and the operator’s own view, nothing more. It is not engineering, legal, environmental compliance or safety advice, and it is not investment guidance on energy projects. Rules on waste handling, emissions and permits differ between places and change often, so check with the competent authority or a qualified professional before acting on anything about a plant, a site or a contract. Remarks on artworks and exhibitions are critical opinion, not valuations or buying recommendations.
Ownership
Text, structure and original material on teseco.it belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read, quote a short passage with a clear credit, and share the address of a page. Copying complete pieces or using them in commercial work requires written agreement. Images of artworks remain the property of the artists and rights holders.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the blog, flood it with automated requests, scrape it at scale, insert harmful code or use it for spam or unlawful activity. We may limit access where that protects the blog and its readers.
What you send us
If you submit a correction, tip or idea for a story, you confirm that you may share it. You allow us to use it to improve Teseco, with no duty to reply, credit you or publish it.
Ads, sponsorship and linked sites
The blog may one day carry ads, sponsored items or affiliate links, which would be marked and could earn the operator a commission. Articles may point readers to waste service providers, energy recovery operators, regulators, technical papers, galleries and museums. Those sites sit outside Teseco’s control, and we do not answer for their content, prices, services or availability.
Warranties and liability
Teseco is offered as is and as available. As far as the law permits, the operator gives no promise that content is complete, current or uninterrupted, and is not liable for loss arising from use of the blog or reliance on its articles. Rights you hold under mandatory law, and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remain untouched.
Changes and severability
These terms or the blog may change at any time, and updated terms apply once posted. If a clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
